A. Albert Ajubita

In January 1991, Mr. Ajubita, along with Mr. Neilson, founded the law firm.  Mr. Ajubita’s prior experiences include the position of trial lawyer  in the Office of District Counsel for the Internal Revenue Services, and as a Tax Partner in a large local law firm. 

                                    Mr. Ajubita received his undergraduate and law degrees from Loyola University of New Orleans.  He also received his Masters of Laws in Taxation from Boston University in 1978.  Mr. Ajubita is a Board Certified Tax Specialist.

Mr. Ajubita currently represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and U. S. Courts.  Mr. Ajubita also handles commercial matters, including, acquisitions and sales of businesses, and advises clients in the fields of estate planning, and succession law.
